This seminar is designed to provide basic, practical instruction on the initial inspection of equipment following a loss. The course will address both electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as damages resulting from various types of covered perils. Emphasis will be placed on equipping adjusters with the skills needed to conduct an effective initial inspection and identify the key questions that should be addressed before engaging an expert. Case studies highlighting different types of equipment and damage scenarios will be presented throughout the seminar, and participants will have the opportunity to apply the concepts and techniques through hands-on exercises.
