Through a proactive approach to monitoring and evaluating design and construction progress, YA Group minimizes surprises to owners.

YA Group provides project monitoring services in several different capacities.  Traditionally, owners have engaged our team to monitor a project during the construction phase. We provide progress monitoring services against a schedule of tasks for specific contractors, and we also audit and review services of construction management schedules and budgets to completion.

We can validate construction progress for purposes of funding disbursement as well for both owners and lending institutions. YA Group’s project monitoring services are also used in design to evaluate design progress against both defined and loosely agreed upon completion milestones.

While the types of project monitoring vary, the goal in all cases is to ensure that the project is being delivered on time, on budget and of the quality expected. YA Group uses a variety of deliverable formats to communicate progress across these three elements, depending on the project and engagement type.
