We collect and use this information to receive, review, route, and respond to assignment requests; communicate regarding the request; coordinate internally with the appropriate account manager, affiliate, or business unit; maintain related business records; protect the security and integrity of our systems and submissions; and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive personal information through this form unless specifically requested and necessary for your inquiry.

We do not sell or share personal information collected through the Assignment Submission Form, and we do not use personal information submitted through this form for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
