Professional Biography
Trevor Ware has extensive experience in the construction industry, as well as mitigation and restoration services. Trevor has experience with residential, new construction, multi-family, commercial, and school facilities projects.
For a decade, Trevor worked for a large restoration contractor in Missoula, Montana. He was responsible for driving the management and execution of restoration projects for both commercial and residential projects. Trevor’s role included planning, executing, and finalizing restoration and reconstruction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This included acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. He successfully negotiated scopes and contracts with clients and adjusters, built partnerships, and helped with business development.
