Professional Biography
Lyn Crabtree has been with YA Group for over 10 years and oversees the Southeast Region as a managing partner. Lyn is a licensed architect who started in the construction industry in the late 1990s, where he served as project architect. He worked on many large, complex projects such as the $100 million MTSU science building, the $90 million MARS petcare research and development facility, and the $60 million High Rise – Terrazzo Residential Tower.
Lyn has consulted on a variety of losses in his role, including Winston Medical Center in Mississippi, a community hospital directly impacted by a tornado with a loss over $18 million. He has a keen ability to efficiently lead and manage all aspects of the process while listening to the client.
