Jim Bullington is a Fire Consultant with nearly two decades of experience in fire origin and cause investigations, property loss analysis, and forensic documentation. Jim specializes in residential, commercial, and vehicle fire examinations, as well as appliance failures, electrical malfunctions, plumbing-related losses, and complex system failures.

He has worked extensively in the private sector, supporting insurance carriers, attorneys, engineers, vehicle manufacturers, and product teams in subrogation, litigation, and consulting contexts. Jim has managed large-loss fire scenes involving multi-structure, industrial, and high-value commercial incidents. His experience also includes fire-related examinations of airline ground support equipment and other specialized mechanical systems.

Additionally, he brings a strong understanding of commercial kitchen systems, including ventilation and equipment operation, which he applies to investigations involving restaurant and food service fires. Jim is also skilled in advanced imaging workflows, including portable X-ray and Matterport 3D capture.
