Jessica Schuemann serves as the Controller for YA Group, bringing more than 14 years of diverse finance and accounting experience, including over four years in professional services. In this role, she leads the Accounting team with a focus on month-end close, tax and equity, and overseeing day-to-day accounting functions.

Jessica has extensive experience partnering with clients across a variety of industries to deliver strategic financial solutions and operational improvements. Prior to joining YA Group in 2025, she served as Managing Director at a Finance Advisory Services firm, where she worked with numerous clients, several within the professional services industry.

Earlier in her career, Jessica held controller roles at privately owned manufacturing companies and began her professional journey as an external auditor with EY. Her career spans leadership of high-performing teams, process improvement initiatives, grassroots development efforts, key banking relationship management, and day-to-day accounting operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, Indianapolis.
