engineering, forensic investigations, structural analysis, design, and litigation support. His
practice focuses on evaluating residential and commercial property damage involving wind,
hail, water intrusion, foundation distress, construction defects, fire, impact, and other
building failures. Jesse has served in senior engineering leadership positions throughout his
career and has experience providing expert testimony in litigation and arbitration.
