Jeff Calcagno is the Chief Financial Officer at YA Group, where he leads the company’s finance organization and partners with the executive team to support YA’s growth and acquisition strategy. He brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across private equity–backed professional and business services companies, including CFO roles at CXponent and Frontline Managed Services.

Jeff has extensive experience scaling high-growth, acquisitive platforms, having supported dozens of acquisitions from diligence through integration – consolidating systems, harmonizing compensation plans, and building scalable reporting and finance teams that keep pace with rapid expansion.
