Professional Biography
Jason Specht is a Regional Building Consultant at YA Group with more than 20 years of construction industry experience specializing in property restoration consulting, casualty losses, reconstruction coordination, and complex construction projects. In this role, Jason conducts field inspections and damage assessments, prepares estimates and project reports, and oversees budgets, timelines, and operational efficiencies.
Jason has extensive experience in commercial and residential restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, project management, business development, customer relations, and operational leadership. Prior to joining YA Group, he held leadership and operational roles as a Commercial Project Manager and Area Construction Manager with Woodard Cleaning and Restoration.
Jason holds IICRC certifications in OCT, WRT, and WRST, along with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications. He also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, which supports his strategic, operational, and client-focused approach to construction consulting.
