Jason Mosman is a Senior Regional Consultant at YA Group with more than 25 years of experience providing environmental, health, and safety consulting services to both private and public sector clients. His responsibilities include delivering environmental, industrial hygiene, building sciences, and due diligence consulting services, as well as assessing environmental conditions and developing effective remediation and restoration protocols to address identified impacts and conditions of concern.
Jason’s background includes extensive experience evaluating and addressing impacts related to fire and smoke, water damage, mold and bacteria, indoor air quality (IAQ), and a wide range of hazardous materials and constituents. His work frequently involves combustion byproducts, microbial growth, asbestos, lead, heavy metals, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other regulated materials. He holds numerous certifications across the United States related to asbestos, lead, microbial contamination, and fire and smoke consulting.
Throughout his career, Jason has successfully designed, planned, coordinated, managed, reviewed, and completed environmental services for projects ranging from small single‑family residences to large commercial facilities and expansive property portfolios. His depth of industry experience allows him to develop and implement practical, cost‑effective solutions for some of the most complex environmental challenges.
