Gretchen York Mosier has 40 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing design and construction supervision, across all residential and commercial sectors. Her breadth of knowledge covers central plant equipment, construction materials, building code regulations, as well as experience with LEED green building components and water conservation.

Key projects include new and renovation projects ranging from 400-unit multi-family complexes and urban high rises, as well as commercial sector experience with health care facility renovation, large scale manufacturing, retail/restaurant tenant finish spaces, and educational campus systems.
