Professional Biography

Greg Heiges is a Partner at YA Group with 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Greg has worked as an architect, owner representative, and construction manager for some of the nation’s largest academic medical centers and private commercial developers, with involvement across all aspects of project development from entitlement and pre-construction through final occupancy.

Greg has extensive experience managing steel frame high-rise construction on densely populated urban sites, having been involved with more than 20 million square feet of work across the United States and internationally. With a strong focus on the healthcare sector, he has collaborated on the coordination, installation, and start-up of numerous imaging and radiation therapy suites, including MRIs, MR/ORs, linear accelerators, and proton beams.

Greg is also well-versed in scheduling, phasing, and critical path analysis, as well as builder’s risk claims, detailed scope assessments, and contract reviews.
