Professional Biography
Dan Klatt has worked in the commercial construction industry for more than 20 years, with a focus in various roofing and waterproofing systems. Dan is a certified Haag commercial roof inspector to inspect and assess damages effectively and efficiently.
Before joining YA Group, Dan worked for a building consulting firm, general contractors, roofing companies, and in the agriculture industry. His construction responsibilities included project superintendent, project management, contract review, and negotiation for commercial retail centers and tenant improvement projects. His roofing responsibilities included inspections, evaluations, quality control, project management, estimating, and crew management throughout the South Central Region.
