Chris Crawley is a Partner at YA Group with more than 20 years of experience as a contents specialist within the property insurance industry. Since joining YA Group in 2023, Chris has continued delivering high-level support on complex and large-scale losses, working closely with adjusters, contractors, attorneys, and consultants across a wide range of assignments.
Chris has extensive experience in contents consulting, total loss inventory, valuation, restoration versus replacement analysis, and project management. His expertise spans a broad range of property types including high-net-worth residences, large commercial properties, hospitality and healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and hotel group portfolios.
In recent years, Chris has led and supported complex, large-scale contents assignments both domestically and internationally, bringing a strategic and methodical approach to each engagement. His ability to manage high-volume inventories, develop defensible valuations, and coordinate seamlessly between field and valuation teams has made him a trusted resource for clients, carriers, law firms, and stakeholders on challenging losses.
