A licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, Brian provides consulting on property damage claims of all sizes.
Brian has extensive experience working with insurance carriers on residential policies, complex claims, builder’s risk, and subrogation matters, as well as with attorneys on litigation files. His expertise includes scope assessment, estimating, cost audits, schedule analysis, and change management, with proficiency in interpreting construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and engineering reports for accurate evaluations.
