Biography

Rodney Ray is a Partner at YA Group with over 20 years of experience. Rodney has a solid foundation in the intricacies of construction projects, understanding legal documents, and working with people who have incurred hardships. Working hands-on as a project manager, he obtained certifications and knowledge related to construction codes, drying, mold, and other related areas.

As a construction consultant, he honed his skills in assessing damages to structures, mitigation audits, agricultural losses, earth movement, construction defect, docks and marinas, builders’ risk, copper theft, ordinance, law requirements, large manufacturing plants, appraisal, umpire services, etc. This included negotiating with contractors and advocating for fair and impartial agreed costs for restoring physical damage and mitigation services interests. He also had the opportunity to work on projects requiring interpreting and applying the construction and floodplain management codes.
