Period of restoration (POR) will explore topics related to the timeline for building restoration that occurs after damage, fire, water intrusion, or another catastrophic event. This course will enable participants to understand how experts analyze the period of restoration, how the POR is calculated, variables in durations, exclusions, and risk mitigation.
