The seminar is intended to provide basic, practical instruction on the current state of two recent technological advances in property adjusting: drone usage and infrared thermography. The seminar will focus on the practical application of drones in the insurance industry, including basic video and static photography, as well as the use of third-party reporting and analysis software. The course will also focus on the practical use of infrared thermography for detection of potential building envelope failures.
