Steve has performed roofing and waterproofing condition assessments, quality assurance observations, and forensic investigations on various types of structures. He has also prepared estimated opinions of cost for roofing and waterproofing remedial repair, or replacement options as well as performed various inspection and testing services on new and existing roofing and waterproofing installations.
