Professional Biography
Nadine Pizarro is a strategic marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the professional and financial services industries. Nadine is a valued member of the YA Group leadership team, bringing deep expertise in brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, and executive-level engagement.
She has led high-impact marketing strategies that scale revenue, increase brand visibility, and drive cross-functional alignment in complex, high-growth environments. Most recently, Nadine served as Marketing Director at Stout, where she led marketing for the firm’s largest business unit and played a pivotal role in acquisition integration, brand transformation, and building a scalable marketing operations infrastructure.
Earlier in her career, Nadine held senior marketing roles at Morningstar, where she directed strategy and delivered programs that elevated brand awareness and strengthened client relationships. She began her career at Accenture, supporting global initiatives in enterprise systems and contributing to one of the largest corporate rebrands in the professional services sector.
Nadine holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a Gramercy Institute Strategy Award recipient, a judge for the American Marketing Association Collegiate Case Competition, and a Viddy Gold Award honoree.
