Michael Riley is a Partner at YA Group with more than 20 years of experience in the restoration and general construction industry. With extensive experience in catastrophe (CAT) work, insurance claims, scope generation, ROMs, invoice and estimate reviews, and large loss estimating.
His experience also includes assessing impacts from a wide range of environmental conditions and developing effective remediation/restoration protocols to address any identified impacts or conditions of concern, such as fire and smoke, moisture assessments and mold/bacteria, indoor air quality (IAQ), post remediation verification (PRV), and hazardous materials (combustion byproducts, microbial growth, asbestos, lead, and heavy metals).
With a comprehensive background in restoration, general construction and environmental consulting, Michael delivers expert evaluations and solutions tailored to industry standards and client needs.
