Professional Biography
Joseph Del Guidice is a construction professional with 20 years of experience with new construction, interior & exterior restoration and renovation, exterior building envelope systems, and design-build processes, in commercial and residential properties. He previously served as a director of construction in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut markets.
Joseph provides estimates on complex projects, recognizes and reports on installation defects, and provides comprehensive cost analysis for commercial roofing and building envelope projects. Joseph has prior experience creating training programs for roof and building envelope estimating.
Joseph has managed builder’s risk projects, including schedule review and claims cost analysis. Utilizing training received from the IICRC and Joseph’s construction background has allowed him to accurately scope fire and water losses for required mitigation work and repairs.
