Howard Morrison is a Senior Regional Consultant at YA Group with more than 45 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management. His areas of expertise span design, scheduling, cost estimating, construction contract dispute resolution, surety payment and performance bond claim resolution, and SDI claim review and resolution across both domestic and international projects. Howard has provided project management and claims assistance services on projects ranging from $100,000 to over $2.0 billion.

Howard has extensive experience in the analysis and evaluation of CPM schedules, determination of project-related costs, database preparation, and preparation of expert reports. His work encompasses evaluations of complex mechanical and industrial projects including the discrete elements of design, scheduling, cost estimating, and dispute resolution, as well as design evaluations and critiques, and analyses of CPM schedules relative to delay, disruption, and acceleration.

Howard has also provided litigation support, expert testimony in arbitration and mediation, and direct assistance in negotiation settlements. His expertise has been applied successfully to resolve construction-related disputes through negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings across a wide range of domestic and international projects.
