Professional Biography

Hantac Chang is a Vocational Expert and Researcher at YA Group with over 8 years of experience in the vocational rehabilitation field. His responsibilities include conducting vocational assessments, performing labor market research, and developing analyses that support life care planning and vocational evaluations. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP).

Hantac has extensive experience working within state vocational rehabilitation programs, private rehabilitation organizations, and nonprofit agencies. His background includes providing vocational rehabilitation services, case management, and unbiased assessments for industrially injured workers in the State of Washington.

He also brings additional industry expertise through his active involvement in professional organizations. Hantac is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and an Associate Member of the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE). He has held multiple leadership and volunteer roles, including serving as the current chairperson and representative for the Rehabilitation Case Management and Transition Services (RCTS) Section within IARP. Hantac is also a strong advocate for emerging professionals and students entering the rehabilitation field.
