He oversees the firm’s website, managing the platform that connects clients with YA Group’s 600+ associates through interactive search tools, an expert finder map, and individual consultant profiles. He also manages the self-service portal that allows associates to maintain their own profiles, along with the analytics, CRM integrations, and marketing automation systems that support the firm’s digital operations.

Ethan started his career on the agency side, developing digital experiences for brands like Toshiba, Experian, Staples, Best Buy, the Los Angeles Clippers, and the Portland Japanese Garden. He later transitioned to client-side roles in marketing and web development at Liveops, Act-On Software, Kong, and Lightspeed Systems before joining YA Group.
