Senior Case Analyst

The Role: 

The Senior Case Analyst plays a key role in supporting expert-led projects by overseeing case workflows, coordinating resources, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project. Beyond core case management responsibilities, this position serves as a subject matter resource by training and supporting staff while refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency and efficiency. Acting as the point of contact for procedural questions and issues, the Senior Case Analyst ensures seamless operations from intake through completion. 

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in the United States within the Central Time Zone to support collaboration with team members and clients.

In This Role, You Will:

• Assist experts in maintaining project workflow from case intake to completion by:
• Determining case eligibility and project scope
• Planning for case needs
• Creating and monitoring project schedules to manage deadlines
• Coordinating and monitoring the receipt of records and the provision of services
• Initiating records requests and searches
• Disseminating information between the experts and the clients
• Tracking case progress
• Maintain project records by documenting events and completion status
• Work with experts to handle project issues as they arise
• Interact with parties inside and outside the organization
• Provide case status and case information in response to requests verbally and in writing
• Improve workflow by analyzing outcomes; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
• Enhance the organization's reputation by providing high-quality services to clients
• Serve as point of contact for colleagues with case-related questions or issues 
• Assist with training for new Case Analysts and deliver ongoing development sessions to ensure team proficiency 
• Collaborate in the creation and refinement of SOPs, ensuring standardized practices and improved organizational efficiency. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring: 

• 5+ years of experience in case management, project coordination, legal support, or a related professional services environment, including experience coordinating complex projects, managing competing priorities, and supporting or mentoring team members
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, NetSuite, Egnyte, or similar case management and document management systems.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy
