Biography

Morgan Reagan has over 18 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industry, specializing in commercial and multi-family large-loss consulting across Texas and beyond.

Morgan began his career in 2005 with S&K Construction Services, a Houston-based restoration and commercial general contracting firm, starting as a superintendent and quickly advancing to project manager. In 2008, he co-founded Century Construction Services and served as vice president, focusing on large-loss reconstruction projects throughout Texas. His commitment to ethical practices and high-quality performance led to the acquisition of a ServiceMaster franchise in 2013, later expanding in 2015. By 2017, ServiceMaster by Century had grown to a staff of 70 employees serving Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, where Morgan continued to lead and develop the company’s statewide large-loss division.

In 2017, Morgan stepped down as vice president to establish J.M. Reagan Consulting, a firm dedicated to large-loss consulting for commercial and multi-family properties. He is regularly nominated to serve as an appraiser and umpire under insurance policies for complex property damage claims, reflecting his expertise and trusted reputation in the industry.
