Andrew Donovan

Biography

Andrew Donovan joined YA Group as a Senior Consultant in 2024. Andrew started in the construction industry at a young age, working for his father’s construction company. During college, he was a project coordinator working on residential/small commercial jobs during the summer. After graduating from the University of Oregon, he started handling various Catastrophe events as a field adjuster with multiple carriers. After managing a couple of local territories for a period, Andrew moved to learn about the restoration side of the industry as an estimator. He helped manage residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. Andrew later worked for a construction start-up estimating new construction builds, large additions, and other remodeling projects. Before joining YA Group, Andrew was self-employed as an Independent Adjuster handling residential, commercial, and flood claims for local IA firms. Andrew brings roughly 20 years of experience in construction and assessing property damages in the insurance and restoration fields to YA Group.
