Professional Biography

Ross Kimble is a licensed civil engineer with 30 years of design, construction, and forensic engineering experience. He has managed construction projects from pre-construction planning through project close-out, working in varied roles. He has experience in commercial and industrial cost estimating, budgeting, construction site management, and document control.

Before joining YA Group, Ross’ experience included more than 10 years working for general contractors, followed by more than 17 years at Rimkus, where he performed more than 1200 forensic engineering evaluations related to various construction defect and property damage issues. Property damage evaluations included assessment of reported damage to residential and commercial structures from wind, fire, hail, explosions, water intrusion, and differential foundation movement. Ross has provided verbal testimony in deposition, jury trial, and public hearing settings.
