Peter Clutterbuck is a Senior Regional Consultant at YA Group with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Peter has worked as an architect and construction manager for numerous blue-chip architecture, development and construction management firms in the northeast. He has been involved in all aspects of project management; from preconstruction and contractor bidding through final occupancy.
Peter has spent the last 10 years in the New York City area managing both renovations and new construction. His experience includes projects in healthcare, luxury high-rise construction, commercial interior fitouts, mechanical system upgrades, and hardscape/landscape buildouts. Along with scheduling, phasing and critical path analysis experience, Peter is well-versed in compiling detailed scope assessments, thorough documentation, development of estimates, and contract reviews.
