Professional Biography
Neal Lengacher has been in the building design and construction industry since 1977. Over 40 years, his roles have been as an estimator/project manager, a founder of his own general contracting business, and a VP of Operations for a nationally recognized restoration firm.
Neal has amassed extensive experience in new construction, remodeling, fire, water, wind, and environmental damage restoration of both residential ($200K-$2MM) and commercial properties (up to $15MM). Additionally, he is a licensed general adjuster in the state of Indiana.
