Matthew Renfro has nearly a decade of experience in the insurance claims industry with a focus on daily and catastrophe field operations. He has a strong background in assessing losses to both residential and commercial properties caused by a variety of perils, including wind, hail, hurricanes, vandalism, fire, and water.
Matthew has held key support and management roles in high-volume catastrophe environments, where he provided expert training and quality control to consistently meet and exceed client service level expectations. As a building consultant, he has contributed to large, multi-million-dollar commercial projects, including school districts, government facilities, condominiums, apartment complexes, retirement communities, office buildings, and both single- and multi-family residential properties.
