Mark provides technical oversight for all estimating operations, including quality control, estimator mentorship, cost‑database management, and final estimate review. Mark leads the full estimating team, supporting team leads and individual estimators to ensure consistent methodologies, accurate cost modeling, and defensible estimates across all projects.

His extensive multidisciplinary background has shaped his reputation for technical expertise, constructability analysis, and strong leadership within the estimating service line. Earlier in his career, Mark worked across construction, including drafting, field installation, project management, and advanced cost estimating, giving him a comprehensive understanding of constructability, field operations, and construction means and methods.
