Mario Farnesi is a Partner at YA Group with more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, spanning a diverse portfolio of residential homes, multi-family developments, commercial properties, and industrial projects. Mario originally joined YA Group in 2017 as a Senior Regional Consultant, served until 2021, and returned in 2024 to continue providing strategic insight and hands-on leadership across a wide range of assignments.
Mario has extensive experience managing and delivering complex construction projects with precision and efficiency, drawing on more than three decades as a Certified General Contractor in Florida. He also holds IICRC certifications in water remediation and applied structural drying, further broadening his technical capabilities across restoration and construction disciplines.
