Professional Biography
Joseph (Joe) Minsky is a Senior Consultant at YA Group with a multitude of construction skills. Joe is proficient in performing on site-inspections, drafting repair estimates, site monitoring large projects, and executing invoice analyses. He has worked on many diverse projects such as hospitals, hotels, apartments, casinos, residential and commercial losses.
He started his professional career as a CAD technician at a civil engineering firm, while also assisting with the surveying team. Joe then chose to advance his career working as an estimator and project engineer, specializing in the construction Division 12 trade for a Chicago-based company. Joe has also dedicated his personal time towards becoming a carpentry and masonry specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve, currently serving as a Sergeant team leader. In the army, he has helped erect a multitude of military specialty structures including hospitals, barracks, and schools in five different countries.
