Professional Biography
Jared Davis is an executive manager with over 15 years of experience in recovery program management and strategic operations. Jared is a valued member of the Disaster Recovery and Mitigation team at YA Group.
He combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver complex programs efficiently and effectively. Jared has managed large-scale initiatives, including the largest Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) home elevation grant ever awarded in the State of Georgia. His formal education in business administration, along with expertise in asset management, contract negotiation, and real estate, provides him with a unique perspective to plan and execute strategies that drive project success. Jared is recognized as an adaptive problem-solver, capable of resolving complex issues while maintaining efficiency throughout the project life cycle.
Most recently, Jared supported the creation of a $380 million agricultural recovery block grant for the Florida Panhandle, serving as program manager from application intake through program closeout. His leadership ensured compliance, transparency, and timely delivery of critical resources to impacted communities.
