Professional Biography
Greg Rumsey is Chief Financial Officer at YA Group, bringing over two decades of diverse financial leadership experience, including 13 years in professional services. Greg joined YA in 2025 and leads all Finance functions across the organization. Prior to joining YA, he served as CFO for North America at ERM, the world’s largest sustainability consultancy, where he played a key role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency.
Greg holds an MBA from the University of Delaware and a BBA from James Madison University. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered results by aligning financial operations with strategic business goals, optimizing performance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
