Professional Biography
David Bosko is a Senior Managing Engineer at YA Group with more than 20 years of engineering experience. He is responsible for providing technical consulting services with a focus on complex mechanical and forensic engineering matters. Dave began his engineering career consulting for the power, oil, and gas industries, where he developed expertise in fracture mechanics, welding residual stress analysis, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code assessments, API 579/ASME Fitness‑for‑Service evaluations, high‑energy piping design and analysis, and finite element analysis across various applications.
Dave has extensive experience providing forensic engineering consultation focused on root cause investigations of mechanical system and component failures. His work includes evaluating incidents involving residential, commercial, and industrial systems, fire and explosion investigation, product design analysis, damage evaluation, and assessment.
Dave’s industry experience includes consulting for insurance carriers, private companies, legal clients, and individuals.
