Alexandra Maddux is a Senior Director of Construction Scheduling with over 11 years of experience in project management consulting for construction and litigation analysis. Alexandra is a valued member of the YA Group team, providing expertise in construction scheduling, project controls, documentation, economic and forensic construction analysis, damage calculations, information management, expert delay analysis, and software training.
Her background includes managing construction projects ranging from under $1 million to over $2 billion across sectors such as heavy civil, infrastructure, airports, oil and gas, transit, data centers, federal, manufacturing, and commercial. Having worked on more than 500 projects, Alexandra understands critical path management throughout all phases of project development—from conceptual design and procurement to execution, closeout, commissioning, and dispute resolution.
Her litigation support experience includes cost and time impact analyses as well as expert witness testimony. Throughout her career, Alexandra has excelled in delay analyses and clear issue communication. She has established overall project CPM schedules, resolved claims and change orders, and led extensive software and scheduling training programs.
