Head of Integration Management - Corporate Development

The Role:

You are a highly execution‑focused integration leader who plays a critical role in YA’s inorganic growth strategy. This role owns the successful integration of newly acquired companies, leading each transaction from diligence through post‑close execution to ensure integrations deliver on their intended value, transitions are smooth, and business disruptions are minimized.

You’ll partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Business Unit Presidents, and the Head of Corporate Development and M&A to support annual inorganic profit goals and to deliver integrations within a defined 120day post-close timeline. This position balances strategic judgment with hands on execution, overseeing multiple cross-functional workstreams and driving disciplined integration execution across YA’s growing portfolio.

YA operates a diverse set of services‑based businesses. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, and a deep understanding of services operating models, including staffing, utilization, compensation changes, and the people side of integration.

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead the Integration Management Office (IMO), providing direction, resourcing planning, and budget management to ensure scalable integration support
  • Own endtoend integration strategy and execution for new acquisitions, from diligence through postclose stabilization
  • Oversee and evolve YA’s integration framework, balancing consistency with the flexibility to tailor execution based on the specific needs of each acquisition
  • Partner closely with Corporate Development during diligence to identify integration risks, gaps, and pain points early
  • Lead postclose integration efforts, ensuring alignment with deal objectives, value drivers, and operating priorities
  • Ensure integration frameworks, tools, and playbooks are consistently applied across all deals
  • Manage integrated workplans, timelines, milestones, and interdependencies across multiple crossfunctional teams, including commercial integration
  • Identify and address integration risks, issues, and transition challenges throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Support functional leaders in planning and executing their respective integration workstreams
  • Use established metrics and reporting dashboards to track progress and provide clear visibility into integration status
  • Communicate integration progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders in a clear and timely manner prior to deal close
  • Facilitate structured integration leadership meetings and decision forums
  • Represent the IMO in executive discussions, providing practical, timely recommendations to support informed decisionmaking
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders on integration strategy, tradeoffs, and execution
  • Continuously improve integration processes to support scale and efficiency

Who You Are:

You bring a combination of strategic thinking and execution discipline. You are comfortable leading complex initiatives in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments and influencing across functions without direct authority. You have practical experience integrating services‑based businesses from start to finish and understand how operational, financial, technology, and people decisions intersect during integration.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in integration management
  • Proven success leading pre and postclose integrations in a privateequitybacked or highgrowth environments
  • Experience working in servicesbased organizations
  • Strong project management skills and experience driving collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Deep understanding of risk management principles and policies
  • Strong judgment and the ability to assess risk and prioritize integration activities based on business impact
  • Experience driving operational efficiencies or cost savings across functions such as Finance, IT, and HR
  • Understands market trends and see how M&A and integration decisions support longterm company goals.
  • Works effectively with senior leaders, legal teams, and crossfunctional partners
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with comfort supporting executive decisionmaking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
