Sean Kennedy joined YA Group in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in project management and cost estimation in the construction and mitigation fields. Mr. Kennedy has demonstrated the ability to expertly develop cost analyses, project scopes & budgets and perform job monitoring and reporting for projects ranging from $300,000 to $2.5 billion. He has consulted on various losses, including multi-family, high-end residential, valuations, commercial, hotels/resorts, builder’s risk, assembly, & industrial. Before his time at YA Group, Mr. Kennedy completed all requirements to earn his designation as an IICRC Master Water Restorer.
