Marlon Duggan joined Young & Associates in 2023, bringing over 30 years of specialized experience in building damage assessments and construction consulting. He is an expert in loss value estimating, remediation protocol, cost reviews and negotiation, and project management. He evaluates structures and building envelopes of properties impacted by hurricanes, tornados, hail, fire, vandalism, and floods. He has worked on large, complex commercial projects ranging into multi-million dollars, including school districts and universities, churches, municipal and government facilities, single-family and multi-family residential properties, industrial facilities, office buildings and resorts, and retail businesses.
