Biography

Will Partenheimer is a Director and Accident Reconstructionist with over 25 years of experience in accident reconstruction, motor carrier compliance, fleet safety, and transportation industry training. He is a key member of YA Group’s Accident Reconstruction team.

Will holds full accreditation in accident reconstruction from the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) and is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) and trainer for the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI).

He specializes in commercial vehicle crashes and has extensive experience downloading and analyzing digital forensic data from tractor-trailer and automobile electronic data recorders, video event data recorders (DriveCam, SmartDrive), heavy truck telematics systems (Qualcomm, PeopleNet), Garmin and other GPS-based devices, and ABS systems (Bendix, Wabco). Will also has significant expertise inspecting and documenting braking systems on tractor-trailers and heavy trucks. In addition, he is a certified FAA remote drone pilot.
