Biography

Trey Quelette joined YOUNG & Associates in 2022. He offers a variety of construction consulting services including, but not limited to, inspection of damaged structures, determination of means, methods and cost of repair, estimating cost of the work, determination of replacement and actual cash value. With over 20 years of construction, restoration, reconstruction and consulting experience, Trey’s advanced understanding of unusual situations allows him to visualize and understand problems from both perspectives within the industry. This unique combination allows him to provide greater insight into loss resolution and provides the insurance industry with a higher level of scoping, estimating and investigation of property losses. Trey is also an experienced appraiser and has been involved in a multitude of loss appraisals to include fire, water, wind, hail and structure collapses.
