Biography

Tony Carroll is a Partner at YA Group with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a key member of the Construction Consulting team, bringing deep expertise in new construction, remodeling, restoration, remediation, masonry, and project scheduling.

Tony has collaborated with adjusters, contractors, consultants, and engineers on a wide range of property losses. His background includes owning and operating a project management company, serving as a sales representative for lumber and truss companies, and working as a project supervisor and estimator in restoration.

He has consulted on complex losses across multiple sectors, including commercial, hospitality, education, agriculture, industrial, and residential. Tony played key roles in large-scale disaster recovery efforts involving hurricanes, derechos, hailstorms, fires, floods, and water damage.

In addition to individual consulting, Tony has led teams of consultants across diverse disciplines and geographic regions, including the Midwest, other parts of the U.S., and the Caribbean. His leadership and hands-on experience make him a trusted resource for clients navigating challenging restoration and recovery projects.
