Todd Spear is a Fire Consultant with more than 35 years of combined experience in public fire service, law enforcement, fire investigation and code enforcement. Todd joined YA Group in 2022 as part of the fire and explosion investigation team, where he performs origin-and-cause investigations and provides forensic consulting services for insurance carriers and law firms across the country.

His background includes decades in public service followed by private-sector consulting since 2011, specializing in forensic fire code analysis, origin and cause determination and litigation support. Todd is a licensed and certified fire investigator known for his thorough documentation, professionalism and clear communication of findings.
