Biography
Thomas Pennington joined YOUNG & Associates in 2021. Thomas has worked in retail residential and commercial roofing as a project manager, job estimator, sales, and commercial division vice president. Thomas holds a HAAG certification for commercial roofing, International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants member, NRCA Member as well as OSHA 10 certification. Thomas has, also, completed manufacture training programs in low slope and steep slope from Carlisle, Owens Corning, GAF, Ludowici, and Sika Sarnafil.
