Biography

Thomas Lane joined YOUNG & Associates in 2018. Throughout his career, Thomas has been responsible for directing and managing new construction and renovation projects to a successful and profitable completion. He started his career in Residential Construction & Renovation in 2004. As a Senior Consultant with YOUNG & Associates, Tommy has consulted on a wide variety of losses, including high-rise, commercial, hospitality & gaming, high-end residential, and military housing throughout the US. Thomas’ building consulting assignments require a detailed assessment and itemization of damage, development of detailed cost estimates, code analysis, coordination with specialized consultants and negotiation of reconstruction scopes and associated costs to resolve large and complex losses in a a timely fashion.
