Biography

Ted Thrower is a Consultant with over seven years of architectural and construction experience. Ted supports YA Group’s growing UK practice by providing design coordination and technical consulting across residential, commercial, education and student-accommodation projects.

Before joining YA Group, Ted worked in architectural roles where he developed feasibility studies, assessed site constraints and coordinated pre-planning and planning submissions with multidisciplinary design teams and local authorities. His background includes preparing detailed drawings and documentation that supported tendering, procurement and active construction phases. Ted has contributed to a wide range of projects by collaborating with project managers, developers, structural engineers and specialty consultants to move designs from concept to buildable solutions.

Currently, Ted applies his knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations and procurement processes to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships across the region. For architectural coordination and technical project support, clients value working with Ted Thrower.
